The sweet, sweet night of sleep caused us to get a late start on the day. We went to the nearby town of San Feliu de Guixols. We strolled around, taking things in, and eventually ended up at a church on the edge of a cliff.
Alan and Vincent were particularly impressed with this brickwork.
We went to a grocery store on our way back home.
To all my friends with small kids- don't you wish they had premium family parking spots in the US?
I don't even like red pepper, and I was impressed with the size of this one!
The evening ended typically, but we knew it was the last. The next day, we were expecting the rest of Alan and Vincent's guests to come. Another family and another couple, long time friends from Antwerp, would be joining our party. The mix and the energy would be changing. It almost felt like the end of the first chapter of our vacation. Something different was right around the corner, and we were ready.
